Belinda is a passionate advocate for seniors, dedicated to ensuring they receive the care, respect, and dignity they deserve. Since 2006, she has been supporting older adults and their families with honesty, empathy, and thoughtful planning.
With a degree in Management from the University of La Verne, Belinda combines a strong understanding of the medical and care systems with the human side of senior support. She has extensive experience partnering with assisted living communities, residential care homes, home-care agencies, and skilled nursing facilities—allowing her to quickly connect families with trusted providers who meet their loved one’s unique needs. Belinda specializes in dementia care, assisted-living placement, and guiding families through hospice and palliative care decisions. She works closely with families to assess medical needs, financial considerations, and living arrangements, ensuring that each care solution is tailored to the individual.
Her approach is hands-on and compassionate—coordinating hospital discharges, helping families navigate difficult decisions, and providing guidance when answers aren’t immediately available. Belinda’s goal is to give families peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are receiving the highest quality care in an environment that preserves their dignity and quality of life.

Leslie founded ElderCalifornia after seeing firsthand how stressful and confusing elder care can be for families. She created a service designed to provide clear guidance, personalized solutions, and compassionate support during life’s most important transitions.
With years of experience in elder care resources, Medi-Cal planning, and financial safeguards, Leslie takes a holistic approach—considering medical needs, long-term care options, finances, estate planning, and the emotional well-being of both seniors and their families. She understands that every situation is unique and works to create tailored care plans that fit each family’s circumstances.
Leslie’s dedication comes from personal experience caring for a loved one, which gives her deep empathy for the stress families face when making critical decisions. She works tirelessly to
empower families with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to make informed decisions with confidence.
In addition to senior placement and care coordination, Leslie helps families navigate complex issues such as Medi-Cal eligibility, asset preservation, Medicare options, and long-term
financial planning. She also partners with attorneys and estate-planning specialists to ensure families have access to comprehensive guidance.
Her ultimate goal is to provide peace of mind—helping families feel supported, prepared, and confident in every decision, while ensuring that seniors receive the care, respect, and dignity they deserve.
